陕西省泾阳县自强面粉有限责任公司

　　是泾阳县人民政府招商引资的面粉加工企业。公司始建于一九九八年，地处八百里秦川腹地，交通十分便捷。

　　公司占地14000平方米，员工65人，其中中高级管理人员8人。公司现有资产6700余万元，拥有日处理小麦450吨高级营养型专用粉生产线，年加工小麦12万吨。生产车间采用PLC电脑全自动化控制，完全实现了人机对话，确保产品质量的稳定；生产工艺采用国内先进的中路出粉工艺；拥有国内外先进的实验磨和完善的品质控制手段。实现了产品的多样性、营养性、实用性和稳定性。

　　公司依托技术优势、设备优势和原粮优势，已研发生产出三大系列、三十多个品种的“三渠”牌优质面粉。家庭专用粉、特精粉、特制一等粉，馒头粉、面条粉等品牌的面粉已深受广大消费者的青睐。公司已经建立了以陕西为中心，覆盖全国二十多个省市的营销网络。

　　随着企业的不断发展，为确保产品质量稳步提高，公司已逐步发展原粮种植、订单农业、粮食仓储等业务。现有万吨粮食圆筒立体仓八个、“六统一”七千亩流转良田、“五统一”万亩托管良田。以种植+收购+仓储+加工的形式，大力扩大优质小麦品种的种植，一方面为公司提供了源源不断的优质原粮，确保优质面粉的生产；另一方面也为农户带来更好的收益，为乡村振兴做出贡献。

　　2003年公司获得全国首批食品安全生产许可证，2004年又顺利通过ISO9001-2008质量体系认证，2008年被陕西省及咸阳市人民政府评为陕西省农业产业化企业和咸阳市农业产业化企业先进单位，同年又被陕西省3.15消费者协会评为消费者优先选择品牌，被陕西省及咸阳市工商总局评为陕西省及咸阳市商标，2013年公司产品被陕西省人民政府授予“陕西省质量名牌”产品，同年被陕西省工商总局评为“重合同、守信用”企业，连年被咸阳市农业发展银行评为AA级信用企业，多年来一直被咸阳市及泾阳县人民政府评为先进企业。

　　Covering an area of 39960 square meters,we now have over 165 employees among which there are 28 mid-level managers and skilled workers.We possess RMB￥88 million available cash and a production line which aims 450 tons of wheat for senior special nutritional powder aiming to process 12.5t wheat a year.The Production workshop is under PSC computer full automatic control and adopts free man-machine dialogue,ensuring the stability of the products quality;we adopt domestically advanced Middle Grinding Technology in the manufacturing process;Our laboratory-mil is advanced home and abroad and quality control means is perfect.With complete wheat germ extract which rich of fatty acids Rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins in our production process,our production is widely applied in medicine and protective foods for the aged.Powder,modified,nutrition strengthening technology are widely used in the flour processing,gaining products of diversity,nutrition,practicality and stability.Boasting of advanced technology,equipment and raw powder of good quality,we have developed“Sanqu”high-quality flour covering three big series,more than as 30 varieties.Brands such as golden wheat ear,silver wheat ear,a special powder,flour,Steamed buns powder have been favored by a vast number of consumers.

　　Our company passed the Lso9001-2000 quality management system certification and in 2008,the company was granted by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government in Shaanxi Province as one of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization,and recognized as the measurement assurance ability production enterprises(C certification)by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Shaanxi Province,and as the brand of choice for consumers by the 3.15 Consumer Association in Shaanxi province.In 2012,the national Ministry of agriculture passed and recognized company’s1.5 million mu of public harmless wheat production base.In 2013 September,successfully passed the Shaanxi province famous brand product audit,our company's products by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government awarded as the"Shaanxi province quality brand-name products".The same year by the Shaanxi Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce of Shaanxi Province as an enterprise which"attaches importance to the contract and can be trustworthy".In successive years our company has been rated as AA grade credit enterprise and gold client.
